Her knees buckled, and her head became enchanted with excitement.

She could not think straight; her thighs shivered.

The atmosphere grew so cold, the hairs on her skin tingled with fervour.

Her name danced off his lips like a snake's hiss.

Immediately, she became his slave.

Slick-backed hair and a dimpled chin; teeth compared only to ivory.

His eyes burned with such fierce intensity.

She was about to spontaneously combust.

He slithered stealthily to her table and said, "Senorita, shall we"?

And every bone and fiber in her body replied "We shall"!

As they tangoed to the composition of their seduction.

She did not know that danger lurked around the corner.

Passion was not the word to describe how absorbed and devilish he made her feel.

The fire on her skin was still too cold to describe his grab and their embrace.

She was not aware that he was sent to crush her soul.

To deliberately thwart her purpose and destiny.

Dear God, do not allow her to awaken love before its time.

In a room full of strangers, they devoured each other.

With mere body language, and movement.

Every twist, turn, dip, and lift left her in a strange want.

His eyes looked deep into her soul.

She believed he brought out a woman she never knew existed anymore.

A woman she had left for dead, but this stranger resurrected

Brought alive in only a minute what others could not do in a lifetime.

The music ended hours ago, but their bodies remembered every beat, percussion, rhythm, and melody.

What she thought they created was harmony; she did not know it was deception.

Breathing heavily, he stopped midair, kissed her cheek, and whispered in her ear, "Adiós señorita."

With perfect shoes, an immaculate suit, and a dimpled smile he sashayed from the dance floor in perfect style.

Leaving her mind and dress chaotic and disheveled.

She never saw him again, and she fought the urge to follow him through the door.

She remembered the night when she tangoed with the devil.

God remembered that night when He saved her soul.
